Very kool game addicting

Why does Namco always make "free" arcade apps, then make you pay? Why not just pay 3 bucks for the app? I get Galaxian. But, since the app is called "galaga collection" then I expect to get Galaga!

It says does not currently support iOS 8. So that means you should be able to add support.

Very disappointed. I deleted it. Thankfully I have an older version on my iPad that is true to the original.

Whenever I try to buy "galaga88" it says theres a connection error, and that I should check my connection settings!!! Does anyone know how to buy galaga88 without any problems?

I would give 5 stars if the game worked properly. Everything is fret except for not being able to equip items purchased. It seems to be a common issue in the reviews. It looks like they abandoned this game since they havent updated it in two years and the link to the website tells me there is a error and it no longer exists.. So I dont think a fix is coming which it too bad because they have a fun game here and it only has one minor bug to make it perfect.

Bit of deceptive advertising going on. You download "Galaga" but cant play it unless you buy it. Galaxian is what you get here. For a large download like this, being deceptive like this is not cool.

Dont you just love it when the app doesnt even show an image of the actual gameplay, its because they dont want you to see how bad the UI is. This re-make makes the original 1981 game look like it has graphics from 2015. Okay maybe its not that bad, but it made me cringe when I was expecting classic Galaga graphics and I was let down.

Best game ever 10/10 I got this game because I love galaga and I got it because I saw pixels only one thing why was Galixan first then galaga no problems

This is such a disappointment just to play this game you must pay for it $7.99 if your not gonna buy without trying then your good I would rather try games before I buy so this is pay no try

What kind of trickery and shenanigans is this!!?!!? I saw Galaga and my eyes lit up! I download your game on everything I can... Seriously... So when I got my shiney new iPad and saw Galaga in the games I literally shouted out loud. So when I finally go in the game and I have to PURCHASE the game advertised in the photo icon ... What the F$&@. .... Just call this GALAXIAN 30th and sell galaga separate so as not to confuse the lesser intelligent being such as my self.

Bought the 30th anniversary collection with Galaxian, Galaga, Gaplus, and Galaga 88 several years back and Ive played it a lot. Great game. I updated to recent version of iOS now I cant play the other games except for Galaxian. Wants me to buy them. I already did years ago!! Grr.

I wonder why it doesnt support iOS 8... What would happen if I installed it in iOS 8 anyway?

Love this game and found the joy stick and fire button configuration to be the best! Like having all the Galaga games in your pocket! Love it!

I really enjoy this app.

I actually got more replay value out of the free version of this game than I did both Angry Birds and Candy Crush, which I paid a dollar or 2 for. I only play the free version, not the arcade version, its not as fun and I think only allows one free play every 24 hours or something like that. Game hasnt been updated in 2 years though, I wish they would extend the screen for iPhone 5 sized devices, or just shift it down so that my thumb doesnt get off the move-left-right area. Also wish they had a feature where you could have 2 or more ships side by side like in real Galaga. Also theres a delay sometimes when you move left and right, I think it happens when you take your finger off the screen and then put it back on and try to move again. Anyway, excellent replay and very smooth.

I think it is a pretty good game but it can get complicated on how to move and shoot in the beginning besides that i would defiantly get this game its worth it

The title in the App Store says "Galaga", but its actually Galaxian, a different game from the 80s.

This game is so great 1 its free and 2 you can play for as long as you please also its amazing that such an old game can still be out now. This game is so much fun I mean usually I cant find a game that is fun and easy because tons of other games you either need to purchase or login to or just need to put in your personal info but this game you literally tap and play.
